The new company, which will start its business operations on 1 October 2015 with approximately 240 employees and annual revenues of around ¥15 billion, will manufacture, sell and service electrostatic precipitators (ESPs) and related products such as fabric filters.
The move is designed to strengthen the competitiveness of MHPS’s air quality control systems (AQCS) business by adding precipitators to its current range, which includes denitrification (De-NOx) systems, flue gas desulfurization (FGD) systems, gas-gas heaters (GGH), heat recovery systems and GGH reheaters.
The company name, head office location, capitalization and other details will be announced in due course.
