Headquartered in Schaffhausen, Switzerland, the Valves & Controls business will be integrated into Emerson Electric’s Automation Solutions platform.
Pentair announced last August that it was selling its Valves & Controls business to Emerson Electric.
Pentair acquired the Valves & Controls business in 2012 through an all-stock merger with the Flow Control business of Tyco International Ltd.
