Learney also manages parent company Accudyne Industries’ other brand businesses Butech, Hartell, Williams and PPI. He had been managing director of Haskel Europe for eight years before taking on his global role.
Roy will focus on commercial sales in the oil and gas, agriculture, water and pharmaceutical sectors for Haskel, Butech, Williams, Hartell & PPI product lines. He joined Haskel sister company Milton Roy in 2012 as regional manager for UK, Ireland and Northern Europe. He was then moved to the Middle East as sales director to work with the existing team for Milton Roy and Haskel and to manage the growth of the products for that region.
Learney will continue to have responsibility for Haskel’s European operations as a director, while leading the global business. “I’m planning to invest in manufacturing in Haskel’s Sunderland operation this year as a result of winning new global contracts,” said Learney. “The growing globalisation of Haskel and other Accudyne products means that we are entering a number of new countries and new industry sectors. My role will help to drive forward work across the world cohesively as the companies continue to grow.”
Roy is prioritising sales in Europe and Africa for a new Haskel product for the hydrogen market. He will also be looking to continue to maintain the growth of business in the Middle East.
