Ezi-Duct manufactures and supplies ducting, fume extraction and industrial air filtration equipment. With this acquisition Nederman strengthens its position and product range in the Australian market.
The Ezi-Duct business has approximately 35 employees will now be part of Nederman’s Duct & Filter Technology Division.
“With this acquisition we continue our Clean Air Journey and improve our product range and market presence in Australia and the Pacific region,” said Sven Kristensson, CEO of Nederman Group.
Nederman is funding the acquisition by cash and existing bank facilities.
