Proceeds from the private placement will be used to fund Baden Technologies’ development expenditures and for general corporate purposes.
The private placement is expected to close on or about 30 April 2010.
Baden Technologies, parent company of FSI International Services Ltd, is a Calgary, Canada-based company specialising in customised filtration, filtration-related technologies and brine plants for the international and domestic energy and chemical industries.
