Eaton will demonstrate how industrial parts cleaners can use Eaton’s filtration products to increase performance, efficiency and safety when it exhibits at the parts2clean 2018 trade show, Stand C04 in Hall 5, 23-25 October in Stuttgart, Germany.
The products on show have been designed to remove contaminants from different cleaning and water treatment processes in industrial production workflows. Process fluids include, inter alia, metalworking and metal parts cleaning fluids, aqueous and solvent based cleaners in parts washing equipment, pre-treatment baths as well as top coats, clear coats and primers.
On show include will be the new MAX-LOAD coreless filter bags. These are made of melt-blown material and are suitable for applications involving high retention ratings, such as water treatment, filtration of bulk and fine chemicals or metal cleaning.
The filter bags can be used in Eaton TOPLINE single bag filter housings and MAXLINE multi-bag filter housings.
The automatic self-cleaning DCF 800 filter, designed for highly viscous, abrasive, or sticky liquids, operate at a consistently low differential pressure and deliver operation at a range of flow rates and retentions.
