Xylem will unveil an innovative new water reuse solution for drinking water and host an urban resilience planning roundtable discussion at ACE 15, the American Water Works Association annual conference and exposition, taking place at the Convention Center in Anaheim, California, June 7-10.
Xylem experts will also present a number of case stories about complex water reuse, wastewater treatment, groundwater disinfection and storm water applications during the conference.
ACE takes place against a backdrop of one of the most severe droughts on record in California. Emergency drought regulations now in place aim to slash water use in urban areas by 25 percent. The measures also call for cities and water agencies to reduce water usage by amounts ranging from 8 percent to 36 percent.

Xylem’s new Leopold Oxelia is a multi-barrier drinking water treatment solution; an oxidation-enhanced, biologically active filtration system that produces safe and reliable biologically-stable, treated water with no taste or odour issues.
During the conference, Xylem experts will deliver a series of presentations detailing in-the-field examples of Xylem solutions that address complex issues including water reuse, wastewater treatment, storm water management and ground water disinfection.
