Organized by EUF International Trade Fairs, an ITE Turkey group company, the IWE will also give exhibitors the opportunity to meet with decision makers in the industry, enter new markets and gain new investment opportunities.
Tülin Bozkurt Bulut, director of IWE Istanbul Water Expo, the first and only exhibition focusing on water and wastewater technologies industry in Turkey, says: “This year, alongside the exhibition, we’ll be holding a conference called ‘Smart Water Solutions’ and we believe that with this conference, we will be contributing to the efforts for growth and globalization of the sector, and increase public awareness regarding water use in our country where water resources are limited.
“Due to rapid increase in population and careless water consumption in our country, and global warming, we are depleting our water resources rapidly. Investments in water and wastewater facilities should be made faster in order to ensure a clean and sustainable life.”
The first IWE Istanbul Water Expo, held last year, brought together 95 participant companies and 244 brands from 11 countries, and 3,539 professional visitors from 59 countries.
