Dr Grön, 44, joins ITT from Finnish chemicals group Kemira Oyj where he has been executive vice president of research, development and technology, and a member of the management board since 2008.
In this newly created role based in White Plains, New York, Dr Grön will set strategy for new ITT Fluid and Motion Control product processes and tools, and drive the optimisation of technology resources and investments for ITT’s commercial businesses serving the water, wastewater and industrial markets.
