Hydro International showcases products at Floodex

Hydro International’s range of products to prevent flooding and manage flood risk will be exhibited at Floodex 2020, taking place in Peterborough, UK on 26-27 February.

Floodex regularly plays host to many seminars surrounding a variety of topics, including Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS). Hydro International will demonstrate its SuDS capabilites at the show, as well as its expertise and experience in flood alleviation schemes.The company will showcase its range of products and capabilities including monitoring, modelling, forecasting and warning. These include its Hydro-Brake Flood and Hydro-Brake Optimum vortex flow controls which have been used worldwide to control flows in stormwater management and flood prevention schemes, ranging in size from just a few litres per second up to large flood alleviation schemes controlling flows in excess of 33 m3/s. 

Hydro International will have a team of specialists at Floodex 2020, including Rob Burton from the Hydro-Logic Services team who has over 16 years’ experience as a hydrometrist and Karl Hall, Hydro International’s Midlands technical manager who has specialist experience in flood defence systems and sustainable drainage systems.

The Hydro International team will be at stand J8 in the Peterborough Arena during Floodex.
