H2O Innovation appoints chief strategic officer

H2O Innovation Inc has named Gregory Madden as the Canadian company's new chief strategic officer (CSO).

Madden has been part of the H2O Innovation team for over 10 years, and has served as vice president of Aftermarket Services since 2017.

As CSO, Madden will focus on integrating acquired companies and overseeing projects like the ongoing rebranding of the H2O Innovation’s third business pillar, Operation and Maintenance.

“As we intend to continue M&A activities, we must ensure that acquired companies are well integrated and that synergies are fully captured. The addition of Gregory Madden within the officer team, will enhance the integration of the companies and products acquired. His role, assisted with the other managers, will also enable to promote the different product offerings of each business line more widely known across the corporation,” said Frédéric Dugré, president and CEO of H2O Innovation.

“Gregory is a valuable contributor to the water treatment industry, including his multi-layered involvement with the American Membrane Technology Association (AMTA). His in-depth knowledge of H2O Innovation combined with his unique strategic insights and understanding of the industry gives him the breadth of skills to carry out the mandates that will be entrusted to him,” said Lisa Henthorne, chair of the board of directors of H2O Innovation. “Finally, by appointing an individual from the US as our 4th corporate officer, we will complement our overall corporate representation from our main regional market, the United States.”
