Eriez to showcase Hydroflow range at MACH 2014

Eriez, the separation technologies business, will highlight the newly acquired division Hydroflow Europe at the UK's MACH 2014 show, staged at the NEC Birmingham next month. 

Eriez Hydroflow specialises in fluid filtration and recycling systems providing support through Eriez global manufacturing affiliates and representative network.

For the first time in Europe, Eriez Hydroflow will present to the industry a live demonstration of the Star Filter Precoat System. An innovation in vacuum element filtration, the Star Filtration System provides fine filtration of metalworking fluids achieving levels of filtration typically three to five microns.

In the fluid filtration range, Eriez will show a mobile Centrifuge unit with feed pump and gravity return. One of many configurations of Hydroflow Centrifuge systems it provides a media-free industrial fluid purifying system removing fines down to a nominal 5 microns.

In addition, Hydroflow Europe will display some of its range of fluid recycling equipment. The featured product will be a Hydroflow 50-gallon Sump Cleaner that provides the flexibility to remove, recycle and return industrial fluids. The other equipment on display will include a Belt-Skimmer and a portable Coalescer.

Eriez HydroFlow equipment and systems are used in parts washing, machining, grinding, honing, super finishing and EDM applications using water-based and hydrocarbon-based fluids. Eriez has turnkey capability for central filtration systems such as Precoat Star and Vacuum Filters as well as individual units such as Centrifuge and Coalescers. Eriez offers off the shelf and bespoke units to meet customer specific applications.

MACH 2014, takes place between 7-11 April.
