Filtration Group Corp has acquired the global Facet filtration business from Parker-Hannifin Corp.
Facet manufactures and markets filter housings, filter cartridges and complete filtration systems for hydrocarbon filtration and separation, and is a leader in global aviation fuel filtration. The Facet business includes teams in the US, France, Spain, Italy, the UK, the Netherlands, Canada, Australia and Malaysia.
The acquisition of Facet will expand the Filtration Group’s offerings in the aviation, marine and diversified industrial and environmental markets.

This is Filtration Group’s second acquisition this year. Earlier this month, Filtration Group acquired Multisorb Technologies.
