The American Filtration & Separations Society (AFS) will host two live webinars in September, both about solid liquid separation.

Introduction to Solid Liquid Separation I will be offered on 16 September from 8:00am–12.00 Central Daylight Time (CDT) in the US and Introduction to Solid Liquid Separation II on 18 September, also from 8:00am–12.00 CDT.

These two courses will introduce the basics of solid/liquid separation from the industrial application perspective.  Practical information and examples will be used to relate to fundamentals.

The courses are designed for those who are new to the filtration industry either in technical, sales or business functions.  The courses are also appropriate for those already in the industry who would like to attain a better understanding of correlating fundamentals to practical applications.

To take account of the wide spectrum of solids/liquid separation technology and to meet the audience’s interests, this course is designed into two parts.  Each part can be taken independently but it is recommended that those interested take both parts.

The registration fee is US$495 for AFS members, US$595 for non-members with a discount for registering for both courses. You can register here
