Loudspring increases its stake in Eagle Filters

Nordic cleantech accelerator Loudspring Oyj is increasing its ownership of Eagle Filters from 28% to 34%.

Finland’s Eagle Filters, which was founded in 1995, provides high efficiency intake air filtration solutions for gas fired power plants.

“We are extremely proud of the progress Eagle Filters has made working with some of the largest energy companies in the world,” said Loudspring CEO Alexander Lidgren. “This is well in line with our decision to increase ownership in high performers with low additional capital need and the recurring nature of Eagle’s revenues is especially appealing for Loudspring when looking at increasing our ownership.”

Loudspring has an additional option to increase its ownership further to 40%.
