In the first three months of 2019, Sulzer’s order intake increased by CHF84 million to CHF984 million, with growth across all divisions.
Currency-adjusted order intake growth was 9.6% and organic growth was 8.4%, the latter fueled by Pumps Equipment’s Water business and Chemtech’s Separation Technology business.
Currency impact was a negative 0.3% and acquisitions contributed CHF11 million.
