Anhydro supplies evaporation and drying solutions for dairy, food and starch producers and for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
This acquisition excludes Anhydro’s Danish filter business Simatek A/S and its German, UK and US operations, as well as certain individual projects. The business units that SPX is acquiring employ 225 people and are expected to generate 2010 full year revenues of approximately €85 million.
