Founded in 1957 by Edwin Swift, Sr., Swift Filters has grown rapidly in recent years. The company designs and manufactures high quality industrial filter elements, including both custom-engineered and replacement filter products. For over 40 years it has been certified as an approved source for the U. S. Department of Defense and private aerospace manufacturers. Its proprietary products include SwiftGreen™ filter elements, which are sold worldwide to the wind turbine industry for gearbox lubrication. Additionally, the company makes elements for the power generation, mining, oil and gas, oil reclamation, fluid power and injection molding industries among others. Swift also designs and makes filter elements for the high performance racing industry, including fuel system filters.
