Hollingsworth & Vose will be the joint venture's majority owner and managing partner. Warehousing facilities will also be set up during the planning and construction period to serve customers currently importing Hollingsworth & Vose products.
The new mill will produce water and solvent based engine filter media, as well as selected products for HVAC filtration and battery separator applications.
