Ed Borger has taken over from Dr Jörg Sievert as chief operating officer of Freudenberg Filtration Technologies.
Dr Sievert will continue to support projects until the end of March 2021 and will then retire after a 28 year career with Freudenberg.
Borger started his Freudenberg Group career in 1999 as operations manager at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies in the Netherlands. After holding a number of management positions in the Netherlands, the UK and Germany, he became global vice president Operations at Freudenberg Filtration Technologies in September 2017.
