The first project is for 45 PX-Q300s at a municipal desalination project for Veolia, a French company with activities in water supply and management, waste management and energy and transport services.
The second is with water management firm Metito for a desalination plant in Egypt which will provide more than 11 million gallons of fresh water a day.
“We have worked with Veolia and Metito for several years and look forward to continuing to cultivate these relationships in the years to come,” said Hans Peter Michelet, chairman of the board.
Energy Recovery’s PX Pressure Exchanger and AT TurboCharger technologies have been adopted around the world for a range of seawater desalination projects.
