Vancouver-headquartered Saltworks Technologies designs, manufactures and assembles systems for desalination, brine management and chemical recovery applications, including patented ElectroChem and SaltMaker technologies, conventional reverse osmosis and hybrid systems. Saltworks Technologies also provides engineering services, pilot rentals, equipment sales, turn-key delivery of build-own-operate plants, and operating and maintenance solutions.
With its investment, ConocoPhillips is Saltworks’ third major industrial shareholder, along with Canada’s Teck Resources Ltd and Cenovus Energy Inc.
