United Envirotech is a membrane-based water treatment solutions provider in China’s chemical, petrochemical and industrial park sectors while Memstar manufactures and supplies polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) hollow fibre membrane and membrane products.
Listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange, Memstar has manufacturing facilities in Singapore and in Guangzhou and Mianyang, China and strong R&D capabilities. United Envirotech uses Memstar’s membrane products in its water and wastewater treatment projects. United Envirotech, which is also listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange, acquired a 13.2% stake in Memstar earlier this year.
