Nederman will supply the plant with solutions for the filtration of the fumes generated in the smelting of returned aluminium products.
The smelter is the only one in Sweden that produces aluminium from recycled materials. Stena Aluminium is investing around SEK200 million to upgrade the plant, both environmentally and in terms of capacity.
“We are very proud to receive this order from Stena Aluminium, it is a good example of our expertise in industrial air filtration. The order also shows that Nederman’s market offering has become stronger through the acquisition of Dantherm Filtration,” said Sven Kristensson, Nederman CEO.
