Anhydro will now operate within SPX’s Flow Technology segment, which already includes the Airpel, Delair, Dollinger, Hankison, Kemp, Plenty, Plenty Process and Vokes filtration brands.
Anhydro supplies evaporation and drying solutions for dairy, food and starch producers and for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries worldwide. The acquisition excludes Anhydro’s Danish filter business, Simatek A/S, and its German, UK and US operations, as well as a number of individual projects.
