1. Pentair to acquire Pleatco Filtration
Pentair plc has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Pleatco, a US manufacturer of water filtration and clean air technologies for pool, spa and industrial air applications, in a US$255 million cash transaction.
2. Mann+Hummel offers self-cleaning filter
Mann+Hummel’s new ENTARON XR self-cleaning air filter is designed to eliminate manual cleaning of the air filter element in engines of construction and agricultural machinery.
3. Clear Edge Filtration launches new range of filter media
Clear Edge Filtration has released its Lotus Range filter media, designed for the mining and minerals industry to provide longer-life, decrease the frequency of filter cloth changes, and increase efficiency in mining and mineral processing dewatering operations.
