The three-day course covers chemical and thermal bonding principles and systems, characteristics of cellulose fibres in wetlaid technology and the principles associated with spunlaid, meltblown and film-based nonwovens and the polymers used to produce those fabrics, amongst other subjects.

It is run by Ed Vaughn, Professor Emeritus at Clemson University in South Carolina, who is one of the most well respected and renowned educators in the nonwovens industry worldwide.
