Ronald Hoffman, a Pall director since 2008, has been elected non-executive chairman of the filter company. Hoffman succeeds Eric Krasnoff as chairman. Krasnoff, who continues as Pall president and CEO, recently announced plans to retire on or before March 2012. A CEO search is currently underway.
Krasnoff said: “With Ron’s broad experience as a public company executive, deep knowledge of Pall and strong leadership skills, he will add tremendous value as chairman. I look forward to partnering with him as we continue to execute Pall’s growth plans and effect a smooth leadership transition.”
Hoffman, 62, spent 12 years at Dover Corp, serving as CEO from 2005 until his retirement in 2008.
