Osmoflo’s wastewater business will offer a full range of wastewater treatment systems in addition to membrane-based technologies. Contract options include engineering, procurement and construction (EPC); design, build, operate and maintain (DBOM); build, own and operate (BOO); rental; and commercial lease.
The wastewater business will be based at Osmoflo’s manufacturing facility in Burton, South Australia with technical representatives located at the company’s offices throughout Australia.
“Osmoflo has wide Australian and international experience in provision of plants enabling reuse or the discharge of treated water in full compliance with regulatory standards however the new business signifies a dedicated approach within the company to wastewater management, one that we believe industry has come to expect from providers of water solutions” said Jamie Roodenrys, Osmoflo manager, wastewater.
”Demand for reuse is being driven by growing community and industry expectations relating to sustainable, cost effective and reliable wastewater treatment coupled with the implementation of increasingly stringent regulatory standards particularly relating to environmental discharge. These factors are bringing about a renewed focus on all aspects of wastewater treatment and recycling,” added Roodenrys.
