Sonitec-Vortisand’s cross-flow microsand filtration technology will expand Neptune-Benson’s portfolio of filtration and UV disinfection products into high growth industrial process markets.
Neptune-Benson designs and manufactures engineered filtration systems, UV disinfection solutions and related accessories for the aquatics, industrial and municipal markets worldwide. Since 2011, Rhode Island, USA-headquartered Neptune-Benson has been in a partnership with the investment firm Audax Group.
Commenting on the acquisition of Sonitec-Vortisand, Kenneth Rodi, CEO of Neptune-Benson, said: “The acquisition of Sonitec expands Neptune’s presence in the industrial process markets and compliments our ETS UV product line with many applications in industrial process water treatment. The addition of Sonitec fits well with our strategy”.
