The move will add 14 new jobs to the 100-strong workforce in North Carolina by the end of the year.
Following Nederman’s acquisition of Dantherm Filtration last year, Dantherm Filtration Inc will change its name to Nederman Inc effective immediately and a separate manufacturing company Nederman Manufacturing and Logistics Inc will be established.
The company’s duct manufacturing and sales operations in Thomasville, North Carolina and Sparks, Nevada will continue to operate under the Nordfab brand name.
