The MAXFLOW filter systems from GKD are made entirely of stainless steel, self-cleaning and work without filter aids. They are suitable for use in for central machining processes.
The Maxflow CS 1000-503 compact filter system combines filtration and briquetting and offers particle separation right down to the microfiltration range, without the need for added filter aids. An integrated press unit automatically compresses the sludge into pure, non-drip briquettes, reducing the risk of the spreading of working fluids and lowering disposal costs. The system can be configured to specific applications with different system concept, filter media, number of filter discs and heads, as well as material-specific settings. To react to customer-specific product changes, for instance, the filter media can quickly be changed, and a single filter head can be integrated into existing system environments.
GKD will also be showing its Maxflow belt filter with stainless steel mesh which features a tank system with integrated scraper below the belt.
