The agreement is expected to generate revenues of more than US$1 million per year.
At the same time, LiqTech has received its first purchase order from a large Chinese OEM and retrofit customer. The US$814 000 order should be delivered in July 2015.
LiqTech CEO Sune Mathiesen said: “This new agent agreement and the first DPF order from China is the result of hard work and our focus on developing the emerging Chinese market for DPF. We believe that the potential for our DPF technology in China is significant and we have been working to establish the right sales channels. We believe we have now found the right partner to market and sell our product in China. This agreement and first order changes our outlook for the future of our DPF product.”
