Hyflux Utility Ltd has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Yangzhou Chemical Industrial Zone Administrative Authority for the exclusive right to start due diligence on the feasibility of implementing Phase 3 of the Yangzhou Qing Shan wastewater treatment plant.
Phase 3 of the Yangzhou Qing Shan wastewater treatment plant has a designed capacity of 20 000 tons per day.
