Hydro made the agreement with Tokyo-based specialist water technology company Haneda Zenith Techno Co Ltd.
“Hydro is committed to achieving significant growth in the Asia/Pacific region through the application of proven water control and treatment technologies already successful in other parts of the world,” said Hydro’s international business director, Clive Evans. “We are confident that Haneda Zenith Techno has the technical expertise and the market connections to support our aggressive growth plans for our Stormwater treatment solutions and the Hydro-Brake® Flow Contro, which we believe are well suited to the Japanese environment.”
This agreement is part of Hydro’s focus on international sales growth and strategy to extend its reach into new sales territories, as well as expanding operations in existing markets worldwide.
