The company says that the reorganisation reflects its global activities and the potential to incorporate new business streams.
Headworks BIO Inc and Headworks Inc will continue to perform the company’s operational functions, including the design and manufacture of high efficiency Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) and Integrated Fixed-film Activated Sludge (IFAS) biological treatment solutions; as well as self-cleaning screens and debris handling equipment.
Headworks International, headquartered in Houston, Texas, has sales and engineering offices in Canada, the Middle East and India. The company has multiple MBBR installations in nine countries and more than 1000 screens and screenings handling equipment installations in 22 countries.
“This marks a significant milestone in our company’s development,” said Michele LaNoue, CEO of Headworks International. “Over the last 20 years we have built our business from the ground up and, as we continue to expand our global presence and begin to develop further business streams, this reorganisation and new name reflects our success to date and positions Headworks for future growth.”
