Grundfos reorganises into 4 divisions

Grundfos has started 2022 with a new organisational structure and group management team in place.

The company’s four customer segments – Commercial Building Services (CBS), Domestic Building Services (DBS), Industry (IND) and Water Utility (WU) – have become divisions with full responsibility for their entire value chain from innovation to the delivery of final products, solutions and after sales service.

“With these changes we bring ourselves closer to our customers, becoming simpler to do business with and allowing us to innovate faster,” said Poul Due Jensen, Grundfos CEO and group president. “We also become an even better place to work, learn and grow,”

There is also a new group management team in place since 1 January 2022.

   Bent Jensen – Commercial Building Services (CBS)

   Morten Bach Jensen – Domestic Building Services (DBS)

   Stéphane Simonetta – Industry (IND)

   Poul Due Jensen – Water Utility (WU) – Interim

• Chief Operating Officer: Ulrik Gernow

• Chief Financial Officer: Mikael Geday

• Chief Human Resource Officer: Lone Tvis (who will leave by the end of February 2022).
