Founded in 1996 and based in Vineland, New Jersey, Transweb manufactures and supplies media used in a variety of end-market applications, including respirators and heating, ventilation and air conditioning filters.
Clarcor chairman and CEO Norm Johnson said: “We have been interested in taking an ownership position in Transweb for some time, and were grateful when the opportunity to do so on attractive terms presented itself.”
