Barbeau will now be responsible for consolidating Ovivo’s business strategy. Ovivo employs more than 1200 people and has annual revenues of approximately C$400 million.
Richard Verreault, who led the 2009 acquisition and the integration of Christ Water Technology (CWT) and the rebranding of the Water Group as Ovivo, resumes his role as president and CEO of GLV Inc.
“These changes mark an important transition in the organization’s recent path and will generate focused efforts from our leadership team in achieving the growth expected by our stakeholders,” said Laurent Verreault, executive chairman of the GLV board of directors.
