The 30/30 Dual 9 air filter is designed with filter media that utilizes a proprietary dual-layer blend with identified by white fibres on the upstream side and green on the downstream side. The media also features a sustained mechanical particle capture principle to maintain MERV 9-A efficiency, operating at a very low average pressure drop.
The company says the filter has an improved life expectancy which means that industrial consumers will only need one filter in a 9 - 12 month period, instead of three. That means cost savings on freight, storage, coil cleaning, and maintenance time in change-outs.
The filter uses a radial shaped pleat and an advanced higher gauge welded wire support grid to ensure long life, lowest resistance to airflow, and maximum particle holding capacity.
