The products are replacements parts for the OEM filters installed when the car was newly manufactured.Bosel’s filters feature a silicon carbide (SiC) substrate material which can help improve durability, filtration efficiency and fuel economy and minimise backpressure.The Bosal replacement filters can reduce diesel particulate mass emissions by more than 95% down to levels that meet the stringent Euro 5 emission standards, even on cars which are Euro 3 or Euro 4 type approved. They are a direct fit application in which monitoring sensors (backpressure) can be easily plugged in during installation. The diesel particulate filter range will initially be suitable for PSA car models, such as Peugeot and Renault. In the coming months Bosal Emission Control Systems N.V. plans to develop replacement filters for all car makes.
