The Canadian industrial water treatment technology company issued approximately 24 million common shares under the offering at a price of C$0.05 per rights share, for gross proceeds of C$1.2 million.
BioteQ Environmental Technologies intends to use the net proceeds from the rights offering for working capital, development and other sales and general administrative expenses.
