Headquartered in Camberley, Surrey, Clearwater serves a range of applications including food and beverage, pharmaceutical and industrial as well as the public sector. The business was founded in 1990 by CEO Guy Rowley.
As part of the transaction, Baird Capital managing director James Benfield will join the Clearwater board of directors.
