Among the products on show at WEFTEC in New Orleans is the Fairbanks Nijhuis Vertical Turbine Solids Handling Pump, which uses an induced flow impeller design to provide a wider variable speed operating range. Other products include Pentair’s Hydromatic Premium Efficient (HPE) Submersible Chopper Pump and Helix Technology for Ultrafiltration.
The patent-pending cutting design of the HPE Submersible Chopper Pump ensures that stringy waste and debris are cut into small pieces, allowing the waste to flow freely through the pump. The Helix Technology for Ultrafiltration is for industrial processing and water reuse application which helps to prevent the buildup of insoluble particles in high-solids ultrafiltration.
