CUT to showcase membrane technologies at IFAT

CUT will hold a live presentation of the T-CUT separation process at IFAT.
CUT will hold a live presentation of the T-CUT separation process at IFAT.

At IFAT, CUT Membrane Technology will highlight its latest wastewater treatment solutions, including an application case for T-CUT tubular modules in landfill leachate water treatment. Additionally, CUT will also hold a live presentation of the separation process at its IFAT booth in hall A2 stand 519. In this process, blue color is separated from a yellow pigment with a T-CUT ultrafiltration membrane. One possible application can be in an aqueous catalytically-driven synthesis in which the dissolved product is separated from the heterogeneous catalyst. Thereafter, the catalyst can be reintroduced again into the synthesis. The new T-CUT tubular modules with membranes made from PVDF or PES complement the CUT product range with a robust and efficient tubular module. CUT says the stability of the membranes and the possibility to apply chemical cleaning means that the T-CUT tubular modules can be used in challenging applications, e.g. for the treatment of chemical stripping baths used in the metal processing industry for separating oil / water or for the separation of biomass from water. CUT’s experts in membrane technology and applications will be available to meet visitors at the IFAT booth. They will answer any questions and explain the benefits of CUT’s products and services for industrial and municipal water treatment applications.
