Tamfelt Corp has been renamed Metso Fabrics Corp. Metso Fabrics Corp’s subsidiaries Tamfelt PMC Corp, Tamfelt Filtration Corp and Tamfelt Kiinteistöt Oy continue under their current names.
Reima Kerttula, who was president and CEO of Tamfelt Corp, has been appointed as the President of the Fabrics business line.
Tamfelt was delisted from the stock exchange on 4 May 2010 after
Metso had acquired all of Tamfelt’s shares.
