ProSep completes private placement

ProSep Inc, the Canadian separation technology company, has closed a tranche of a private placement for gross proceeds of almost C$2.7 million.

ProSep issued 20 384 616 common shares at a purchase price of US$0.13 each. ProSep will use the proceeds from the private placement for working capital purposes.
 
ProSep designs, develops, manufactures and commercializes technologies to separate oil, water and gas generated by oil and gas production.
