Midwesco Filter Resources launches Midwesco Sustainability Initiative

24 February 2010

A portion of every order placed with Midwesco in 2010 will be donated to non-profit organisations in an effort to fight against climate change.

The ‘Buy Our Filter…Protect the Future’ campaign will run from March 2010 to January 2011, allowing customers to protect the environment and further education to develop ‘green’ technology

Another aspect of the Sustainability Initiative involves Midwesco’s team of in-house engineers providing technical experience and innovative technology to customers. The aim is to redesign production processes and products to eliminate the release of toxic materials so local natural habitats and environments will be protected.

Keith Ogilvie, senior vice president, Midwesco said: “We wanted to create a programme that is different from the norm, but one that also reflects the values of Midwesco and of its customers – to protect our future for generations to come.”
