Key Filters merges with Parkinson Technologies

Key Filters Inc, a manufacturer and supplier of melt filtration equipment, has merged with its affiliate company Parkinson Technologies Inc.

The Key Filters product line of manual, hydraulic and continuous screen changers will continue within the Parkinson family of brands that include Parkinson Winders, Marshall & Williams Plastics and Dusenbery Converting Systems.

Woonsocket, Rhode Island-based Key Filters and Parkinson Technologies have been affiliated since 1993, with both companies sharing common ownership. Key Filters and Parkinson Technologies have both operated from the same building for a number of years, and the two companies have shared systems and technical resources.
