Energy Recovery launches Quadribaric technology for desalination

09 November 2009

Energy Recovery Inc has unveiled its new Quadribaric technology at the International Desalination Association World Congress 2009 in Dubai.

Embedded into the latest PX Pressure Exchanger (PX-300) line of rotary energy recovery devices, Energy Recovery’s Quadribaric technology uses a patented new design that the company says revolutionizes the way PX devices work, essentially doubling the work load of each device.

“Quadribaric technology is our latest enhancement and establishes a new performance standard for the industry,” said Dr Richard Stover, Energy Recovery’s chief technology officer.
